Sweet Tragedy "vulnerable to self-destruction" [2006]

Sweet Tragedy fue una de las tantas bandas que surgieron en el auge de la escena screamo de Ciudad Juárez, sólo recuerdo haberlos visto en vivo un par de veces y algo curioso de este demo es que lo compré en la papelería cercana a mi casa, seguramente alguno de los integrantes de la banda vivía por ahí, pero nunca supe más a fondo. Las canciones no estan mal, integramente en inglés, aunque la grabación, a pesar de haber sido realizada en estudio, se escucha un poco amateur debido a los efectos utilizados en la voz, posiblemente como intento de mejorarla

Sweet Tragedy was one of the bunch of bands that came up at the pick of the Juarez screamo scene, I just remeber seen this guys live a couple of times and something curious about this demo is that I bought it at the stationery store near my home, probably one of the band members used to live near by, but I never look into it. The songs aren't bad, they are completely in English, and even it was recorded in a studio, it sounds kind of amateur due the voice effects maybe as an attempt to improve it.
